brochure printing

Brochures can be printed in a variety of ink colors on all kinds of commercial printing papers. The brochure printers consist of the following types of brochures; advertising brochures, automotive brochures, clothing brochures, construction brochures, contest brochures with scratch off inks that hide the winning numbers, log cabin brochures, log home brochures, medical and dental brochures and real estate brochures just to name a few.
Brochures can be printed in 1 color to 8 colors. 4 color brochure printing is a standard throughout the Brochure Printing Industry. Brochure printers can provide a variety of services to help you get the most for your advertising dollar. We offer two different brochure sizes A5 ( 4 sides of A5) or a A4 (4sides of A4). The finished size for the A5 4page is 210mm x 297mm and for the A4 4page is 297mm x 420mm.
Brochure distribution is one of the key elements of your business success. How will you distribute your advertising brochure? Standard methods of brochure distribution are by mail in an envelope, as a self mailer with no envelope, by hand at a conference or convention. If you plan to use the brochure as a self mailer be sure the folded thickness meets postal regulations. Always tell the printer just how you plan to distribute you brochure so he or she can advise you on the right paper weight.

HIGHLIGHT

Brochure Design

The folds on your brochure will ultimately determine the communication.  A tri-folded sheet will enable you to use the 6 panels to create an excellent layout to use for your text and graphics.

On the other hand you may want to use the larger specs of a 11 x 17 brochure to present yourself.  In this case, by folding the document in half will allow you to use all 4 sides to your liking.  Either way, with the right layout and content, you'll be able to create an excellent presentation for potential clients.

Normal Specs for Brochure Printing

Brochures are single sheet documents usually printed in one or two colors or in a full four-color process. They come in several sizes and styles, depending on the application, and can be custom printed to your specifications. Most printers can print in full color and offer standard sizes of 8-1/2 x 11, 8-1/2 x 14, and 11 x 17.

The Front and Back

Keep the front cover simple. It's purpose is to motivate the reader to pick up your brochure and open it. We recommend consulting with a professional designer or marketing consultant for creative ideas.   Include your corporate logo and company name and a brief tag line or slogan.

We recommend that the back cover of your brochure include a 3-4 paragraph corporate biography that conveys to your audience your firm's abilities and expertise. These initial paragraphs position you and your company as experts and gives you an edge on the competition.  Don't forget to include all contact info, phone, address, fax, e-mail, etc.
Content is Key
The content and graphics of your brochure are by far the most important part.  Before any designs are established be sure to have all relevant content completed and ready to go.  Below are some examples of the things you may want to include.

A list of several tangible benefits your clients will receive; because the most important information in a brochure answers the question, "what's in it for the client". You may also want to come up with 3-4 qualifying questions that the reader can ask him/herself; it's like a self-test to determine whether they are a prospect for whatever it is you're offering.
